Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Please note:

  • Cement is a perishable product — once a bag has been opened or exposed to moisture, it cannot be returned
  • Bulk cement delivered by bulker cannot be returned once discharged into a silo
  • Claims for damaged or incorrect orders must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Our team will assess each case individually and work towards a fair resolution
